This episode has been some months in the making I tell you. Me and Steve have been trying to make this work since Shrewsbury Food Festival 2023. What I can confirm is that this episode was worth waiting for because not only is The Hungry Guy everywhere, not only is he a nationally recognised food educator but he is pretty awesome on the mic.
We discuss Steve’s career as a product development designer and how that job was the last straw when it comes to educating about not wasting food. Also the importance of making the most out of what ingredients we have around us to make healthy, tasty meals.
