AL chats with Laura, creator of The Shropshire GOAT, an online magazine all about the fine county that we live in.
Hailing from Leicester, Laura has only been in Shropshire for a few weeks and is beginning her journey of discovery. Offering a unique, outsider’s perspective, Laura has found that Shropshire is such a vibrant county that there is almost too much to choose from!
Laura’s specialty is beer, having written about it for such a long time. So it’s much to her surprise that Laura has found lots of exciting independent breweries dotted about the county. There really is so much to Laura, that I don’t want to spoil it so, listen in!
