The Shrewsbury Biscuit Podcast: Sam Pooley-Stride ”Seas of the Moon Too”

Finally we get that feature episode with the wonderful Sam Pooley-Stride. This is the 3rd time Sam has been on the show but our conversations are usually short things at events. This time, we get to really talk to Sam and find out what is going on with her.

Well, Sam has an amazing exhibition coming up called “Seas of the Moon Too”
Which is a really clever name because if you remember a while back Sam threw a real “Rock and Roll” exhibition last year. But got shutdown before anyone could really see it. Mainly because it wasn’t kind of…legal.

Well this next event is legal and looks to be stunning. In partnership with Soden Collection, Sam is displaying her work in the stunning long-barrow monument at Soulton Hall in Wem. This event will be open for the public to come and view. As this episode is released, it is open this weekend! (18th-20th March 2022)
With an open day on the Saturday (bring the kids) and something special on the Sunday.
A ticketed meal at Michelin Plated Docket 33, where a unique meal has been put together just for Seas of the Moon Too.

Go to the Soden Collection website here – https://sodencollection.com/ to find out everything you need to know about this stunning event.

Sam is amazing to speak to. We ARE lucky in Shrewsbury to be surrounded by a wealth of wonderful artistic influence and Sam Pooley-Stride is no exception. She is a star in her own right and it was lovely speaking to her – AL
