Throughout the pandemic there have been many changes to our lifestyles. One of the biggest changes was to the way we work. A lot of people got furloughed and a lot got sent to work at home. Going from the office to working at home has caused some positive and some negative effects.

AL and new Biscuit co-host Amy are joined by Alex Ashton, social media manager for the Ryminster Group and Dr Joe Pearson who is the Medical Director for Summerfield Health Care and Medical Director of My OCC Health. The talking point is how do we healthily deal with the constant changes that are going on around us?

How do you feel when you think about returning to work after working from home for so long? What negative changes effect you daily since the start of the pandemic? Have you been feeling overwhelmed by it all?

Well this podcast offers a healthy, open discussion about the situation we all find ourselves in. Including lots of great advice that can hopefully help.

If you are struggling with things at the moment you are not alone, this is a difficult time. I found a c oupld of links that may be useful.
Here is one from Mind with lots of helpful information – https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/tips-for-everyday-living/how-to-be-mentally-healthy-at-work/returning-to-work/

I also found this on too from The Samaritans – https://www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-help/if-youre-having-difficult-time/if-youre-worried-about-your-mental-health-during-coronavirus-pandemic/

I hope this episode finds you well – AL
