Every year there is one event that we look forward to here at the Biscuit. Personally, it offered AL a view to a sense of community they he’d never really witnessed before, but that is just the tip of the iceberg.
The Belle Vue Arts Festival offers so much more. with exhibitions, poetry slams, photo competitions, opportunities for the whole community to get involved with a yearly scarecrow trail and of course (AL’s favourite) the Open Garden Trail.
Well today AL is situated at the opening event of the Belle Vue Art Festival’s opening event “Lets Celebrate” on the riverside in between Greyfriars Bridge and Stop Café. The community had come out to listen to live music, ride on the Rickshaws and learn about what is coming over the next few weeks with the festival.
AL speaks to as many people as he can to investigate who is involved and what we can expect.
