The first person to ever feature on the Biscuit, Simon Bell drops in to chat to AL and Shane. Simon is writing a new book about how the Allied Forces colluded with the Nazi’s. We talk about whether research into things like genocide and war can weigh on a guy, how Simon does his research and what inspires him to write about certain subjects.

We also talk about how PTSD can affect Holocaust survivors and the importance of keeping history alive by sharing stories.

If you like history and you’re looking for a local WW2 historian, Simon Bell is your guy.

“Simon is someone that I am proud to call a friend. He was a huge support to me and the Biscuit right from the very beginning and continues to inspire me every time we speak. Thank you Simon!” – AL
