AL and Deedee speak with Amy Yeomans who, during the pandemic created her own little business, Masks By Amy. It all started with Amy making masks for friends and family, then when things started to escalate, Masks by Amy was born.

With profits going to charity, a real passion for her trade and the great public service of giving us an option other than those horrible blue surgical masks, Amy has an infectious enthusiasm, that shows in her work.

We discuss social media. We all know that the socials can be equally an amazing and evil place. Whenever something good and positive comes up there are a small minority of people that can become unnecessarily cruel, especially with anything Covid related. Masks by Amy is no exception, and this is a talking point.

“Amy is fantastic and has a really positive energy. She creates great looking facemasks that are proving to be really popular. The fact that Amy does so much for charity is truly commendable. Good luck Amy and I shall put my order in for beardy mask soon!” – AL
